Remember when you relied on pure feelings rather than technology? In middle school, if you had a crush on someone, your heart would pound when you saw them after school at the ice cream truck. You would pretend to want ice cream just so you would have an excuse to walk over and be near them. Instead of posting a picture on instagram to impress them, you would try to impress them in real life, in real time. When you hung out, your focus was on them and not your phones. If there was awkward silence, it was filled with both of your beating hearts rather than having your eyes locked to a screen. Things were real when social media didn’t exist. Feelings were true, actions were exciting and connections were stronger. It’s sad seeing that the simplicity we once had is fading away and becoming nothing but a network for stress and weak relationships in some cases. Not all cases, but some. Simplicity is key, friends. Remember that and remember to see the world in front of you rather than seeing it through your smartphone.

being romantically frustrated is 1000000 worse than being sexually frustrated because you can get yourself off but you can’t spoon with yourself and kiss your own forehead

Anonymous Asked: Best feeling in the world?

Being careless with friends and sharing such a strong bond that you don’t even know you’re sharing cause you’re all so in the moment. Nah wut I’m sayin
